We received this call for volunteers. If you are passionate about science and want to help get children excited about science, this is a fantastic event (some of you may have even attended it when you were little, it has been around for a few years).  Please see below if you are free on May 9 and 10th , happen to be in London and can help at this event.

Subject: Science Rendezvous: Call for Volunteers!

Hi everyone,

Are you interested in science outreach? Science Rendezvous<https://sciencerendezvous.uwo.ca/> is a free outdoor science festival meant to get kids and their families excited about all areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). Our event will take place at Thompson Arena at Western University on Saturday, May 10th, 2025. We are also hosting a Preview Day on Friday, May 9th, 2025 for local high school students. We are currently looking for volunteers to help us run these events. We are looking for people to help us set up, coordinate, and run the events, which includes talking about science, and running demos and activities to promote science education, engagement, and research.  What’s in it for you?
