The C3E Lab: Carbon Cycle, Climate, and Ecosystems at Western University led by Dr Natasha MacBean (Biology & Geography and Environment) is seeking students to undertake either a USRA or USRI in the lab during summer 2025. Interested applicants should email Dr MacBean with the following information:



  1.  Unofficial transcript
  2.  Complete CV/resume (include all programming skills)
  3.  Brief summary of the research you are interested in (including specific research questions if you know what they might be)
  4.  Brief summary of the programming experience you have.



Depending on experience and interests, the USRA/USRI project will involve computational analysis of data and model outputs to better understand dryland ecosystem processes, carbon cycling and sensitivity to climate change.
